Peter has many years of experience in management, global sales and innovation, where the key words are consulting and sparring on value creation, strategic partnerships and drafting global contracts, service agreements, CSR agreements and R&D projects.

He has spent several years abroad working on projects in India, the Middle East and South America. As a sales manager, Peter has been responsible for the sale of veterinary medicines, food ingredients and analytics for the food industry in multinational corporations.

Torben faciliterer implementering af teknologier på tværs af afdelinger og sikrer, at virksomheden udnytter de digitale muligheder, som omverdenen stiller til rådighed. Han fokuserer på at sikre, at virksomheden har de nødvendige evner til at udnytte forretningsmulighederne i dens produkter og services – og hjælper aktivt med dette, hvis det er nødvendigt.

Han har et solidt fokus på ESG-tiltag, der løbende identificeres og fastholdes over for kunder, leverandører og ansatte.

Torben er en opportunistisk og original entreprenør med både viden, vilje og erfaring. Han har en analytisk tilgang og baserer ofte sine beslutninger på fakta frem for mavefornemmelse.
Han er en klar fortaler for ordentlighed og oprigtighed som bærende værdisæt.

Torben har en skarp forståelse for, hvordan en aktiv bestyrelse kan hjælpe en virksomhed med at udvikle sig i tråd med strategien samt understøtte direktionen i styringen af en virksomhed i vækst.

I fritiden bruger han tid på ejendomsrenovering, golf og dommergerning i fodbold. Rejseoplevelser og kulturelle aktiviteter fylder også en del.
