Meet Peter Schwensen

Peter has many years of experience in management, global sales and innovation, where the key words are consulting and sparring on value creation, strategic partnerships and drafting global contracts, service agreements, CSR agreements and R&D projects.

He has spent several years abroad working on projects in India, the Middle East and South America. As a sales manager, Peter has been responsible for the sale of veterinary medicines, food ingredients and analytics for the food industry in multinational corporations.

Through 12 exciting years at FOSS, Peter has played a key role in the development of the Global Key Account division as well as being Country Manager for India. Both assignments have included major R&D projects in which FOSS innovative resources have played a key role.

Peter has always been attracted to the innovative environment. He has thus helped develop and run the C4 Knowledge Centre as Business Director in Hillerød. In this regard, Peter has been a mentor to several growth companies.

In addition to being active in CRESCITA Partners, Peter works with board, interim and advisory roles, where Peter brings in his expert knowledge in go-two-market strategies with a focus on B-t-B sales, value creation and strategic partnerships.

It should be mentioned that Peter also has practical experience with financial firms and family companies. The latter is from his time as a director in Meotrupes A/S, a family joint-stock company, which has subsequently been split into several companies. Peter therefore has practical experience in how to manage a family's interests across generations.

When not working, Peter is a naturalist with a focus on hiking, running and kayaking. He has run the six Marathon Majors and is also active in the sport of kayaking with trip management and instructor activities. And then Peter is an active winter bather.
