Meet Per Falholt

Per has many years of experience from major research and development organizations, including 16 years of experience from the top management of Novozyme's Global Research Department with 1,700 employees in 12 countries.

Per is passionate about technological development and being at the forefront of the new technologies such as gene editing (CRISPR), Artificial Intelligence and new learning systems and methods.

Through his work at Novo Gruppen, Per has helped launch over 150 new products and molecules worldwide.

For many years, Per has worked in global development projects with major clients in collaborations across industries, disciplines and cultures, developing some very special human competencies. Among the partners are; P&G, Unilever, Henkel, Reckitt Benckizer, Nestle, Cargill, ADM, Poet, Ajinomoto PetroBras, Raizen and many other global companies.

Per also has extensive board experience from DTU, DHI (Danish Hydraulic Institute), Danfoss and Universe. Additionally, Per teaches at the CBS Executive Board Training.

For the past five years, Per has worked extensively with start-up companies and is involved in three projects both as an investor and an active employee.

Other special competencies include Per's extensive experience with global cultural projects in project teams across geographies and companies.

Personally, Per is still an active sportsman in badminton, boating and racing. And then he enjoys going on ski holidays when the opportunity presents itself.
