With over 30 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales, strategy, business development and ambitious growth strategies, Palle has played a key role in the development of a wide range of companies.

Palle's broad experience is today applied purposefully and engagingly to the companies he works with — whether as a consultant, board member, chairman of the board, investor or co-owner.

As a former entrepreneur and executive in small businesses, Palle has built a deep understanding of both the operational operations and the strategic decisions that characterize companies with growth ambitions. His experience ranges from running his own startups to leading and contributing to professional boards of both smaller and larger corporations.

In addition, Palle brings years of experience in venture capital and personal investing, making him particularly sharp in navigating the field of tension between original owners, entrepreneurs, investors and professional boards. He believes that close cooperation between all actors is the key to unleashing the company's full potential and creating lasting success.

Palle's industry experience includes: software, SaaS, hosting, ERP, IT consulting, communications, market research and venture capital.
