Palle has more than 35 years of experience leading and developing the family business Rosendahls a/s print design media, including through digital transformation, to be among the country's largest graphic companies in its field until the sale of the company in early 2020.

In this work, Palle has contributed extensive insight into the industry, which has been the starting point for the strategic work and transformation processes that have created the basis for growth and led the company to its current position.

A significant part of the strategic initiatives has consisted of acquisitions and consolidation of companies, as well as turning around activities in order to achieve profitable growth.

Palle has extensive industry experience in order production, organizational development and technology.

In addition, Palle has extensive experience from organizational work as chairman of the board of the trade association Grakom for 10 years. In addition, he has been a board member and treasurer of the graphic industry's European lobbying organization Intergraf in Brussels for 10 years.
