Michael possesses broad expertise from his roles as co-founder and leader of both commercial and technical teams at the world's largest, digital marketplace for logistics. He has several years of experience in international business development and offers sparring to companies looking to expand their global business scope.

What characterizes Michael is that he works closely with his clients when making particularly crucial decisions and challenges them in 360-degree discussions. He is happy to share his own experiences as inspiration and illustrate the consequences of the choices made.

His career includes leadership roles at global companies such as Maersk and most recently INTTRA, where as part of the management he spearheaded the pioneering work in digital services. This background is used today to make decisions in Go-to-Market strategies, focusing on key customers and competitors, organization, product, and strategic partnerships.

Michael's dynamic commitment is driven by general professional expertise, particularly in the area of network effects, which forms the cornerstone of much of his work.

As a sparring partner for digital startups in the US, Asia and Europe, Michael is often drawn in as a catalyst and to boost innovation. In addition, he chairs several different Advisory Boards.

As an entrepreneur at heart, Michael is particularly motivated by the work of innovation and development in fast-growing environments. Michael is married to Marianne and has an adult daughter. He enjoys traveling and is fond of all kinds of sports, especially badminton and ski/snowboarding.
